I have a really good friend called Ben. He's a chubby Turk. He's famous in Petersfield for being a really nice guy, partying hard and working in the Kebab Shop in town. In August he decided to move to London and had a six week leaving do. Domb and I played at his leaving party and we thought it'd be nice to write a song for him. When walking back from the swimming pool, I started singing this stupid song. It's the first song I've written since the Pickled Dick glory days of "20 Quid." It's the last song I will write ever again, I promise. I'll leave it to Domb. The chorus is Ben's famous catchphrase and telephone greeting. If you get to meet Ben, make him do some fucking exercise.
